The why

I initiated this project by identifying a pressing need within a specific sector of Mexico City’s population: individuals who lack both the time and experience to effectively manage an investment portfolio. Through in-depth interviews, I discovered that many people struggle to navigate the complexities of financial management, leaving them feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from their financial goals.

Through in-depth interviews, I discovered that many people struggle to navigate the complexities of financial management, leaving them feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from their financial goals.
This insight highlighted a clear gap in the market for a solution that simplifies the process of managing money and investments, making it accessible and intuitive for everyone, regardless of their financial expertise.

The interviews also revealed three key actions users consider essential in a financial app: seamless transfers, tools to monitor and improve financial health, and access to quick investment consulting. These findings became the foundation of the project, as they directly address the pain points of the target audience. By focusing on these core features, the app aims to empower users to take control of their finances without requiring extensive knowledge or time.
